Charm and a love for the regions of the Grand Duchy are the qualities of the young woman who will win the crown of Miss Tourism Luxembourg 2024, Saturday, at the Galerie Moderne, in Grevenmacher. “The competition is not an election of top models,” explains Giuseppe Castellanata, founder of the competition.
The evening, which will also see the consecration of the two dauphines, will begin at 6:30 p.m. There will be an aperitif, a delicious buffet, live music, and Elise de The Essential Radio will host the grand finale. “The winners will be chosen 70% by a jury and 30% by the public, who can vote online,” recalls Giuseppe.
The Miss will be spoiled. “She will win great gifts like a year of free hairdressing, beauty treatments, a piece of jewelry, a weekend getaway for two people… And she will have the mission of representing Luxembourg’s tourist regions for a year,” explains the founder.
In 2025, the competition “will expand and become Miss Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, going even further into the regions. At the same time, we are communicating abroad.” Candidates can already register for 2025. You must be between 18 and 35 years old, live in Luxembourg and speak French, English, German or Luxembourgish. Giuseppe lets us in on one last secret: “We are also going to launch a competition for men.”
