The outgoing boss of Swiss Life, Patrick Frost, earned a little less in 2023 than the previous year. In total, he received remuneration of 4.04 million francs, according to the annual report published Friday.

In 2022, Patrick Frost had earned 4.28 million. Despite this slight drop, his remuneration remains the highest of the members of the management of the Zurich life insurer, who received a total envelope of 16.72 million francs last year, compared to 17.15 million in 2022.
In addition, Chairman of the Board Rolf Dörig received 1.20 million francs for his services last year, an amount identical to the previous year. The entire board of directors, made up of twelve members, received 3.52 million francs, compared to 3.16 million the previous year.
Resigning, Patrick Frost will give way to current financial director Matthias Aellig at the general meeting on May 15. The outgoing candidate should join the board of directors in 2026.
