Even if the fall in prices tends to flatten out with regard to houses, or even to stop in many municipalities of Val-de-Marne, as shown by our partner Meilleur Agents, certain properties have never seen their prices fall. In “the golden triangle”, as described by several Real estate professionals, namely Charenton-le-Pont, Vincennes and Saint-Mandé, luxury properties are priced at more than 2 million euros. The price per m2 of houses, which has been falling since the end of the health crisis, is still respectively 10,512, 10,593 and 12,308 euros.
