Aschaffenburg is located in the state of Bavaria, just under 40 kilometers southeast of Frankfurt am Main. Schöntal Park is located near the city center. According to a spokesperson, police still patrol there on foot. This may be one of the reasons why the suspects were able to be arrested quickly.
