What is erectile honey?
“Erectile” honey, also called aphrodisiac or adulterated, has the particularity of being mixed with medicines. Sold in “shots” or “sticks” of a few grams (between 15 and 30 grams) for a few euros, this illegal product in France is considered dangerous.
The fault lies in the presence of “active ingredients, such as Sildenafil or Tadalafil, both used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, and subject to regulation”, alert Customs in a press release. “The quantity of adulteration being unknown, and the doses consumed not recommended or quantified, the consumer takes significant risks by absorbing this type of adulterated honey, especially since there is no mention of the dosage, contraindications and mention side effects do not appear on the pods. »
Several brands, which sell erectile honey with festive promises, are targeted by Customs: Black Horse, Etu Max, Bio Max, Mesk Elyamen, etc.
