Don’t panic, barring an industrial accident, the police series played by Gil Alma should be renewed. Because the body of a cyclist cut in two has just been discovered! A godsend for Elise, now certain to beat her undrinkable Parisian counterpart hands down in the competition for the most bizarre death which takes place on the sidelines of the annual congress of legal experts. But for the police, it was more of an ordinary road accident. A priori only because in reality the victim was poisoned. Worse, the person who tampered with the brakes of the dead man’s bike may not be the same person who put the poison in his canteen. The first clues lead the police to the Strasbourg Athletic Club, a sports center frequented by local personalities, including many high-level athletes.

Between Elise who only thinks about winning her strange death contest and making her opponent bite the dust, César who faces his worst nightmare during a grotesque swim in a swimming pool, a veritable nest of germs, or Léa who (incredibly ) wants to meet Grégoire’s mother, her partner and boyfriend, the comedy is still there in this new episode. But if humor is present, emotion is also present through the character of Stanislas Beaumont, Elise’s father, a former proctologist suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.
On the distribution side, fans of French fiction will be well served as always. The cast includes happy dad François-David Cardonnel, François-Eric Gendron, Fanny Cottençon who gives a rant, Rufus and Juliette Plumecocq-Mech, back and whose character we hope will be developed in the next episodes . Nothing to report either on the plot side, it is also, as always, well put together. Fans of the detective series will therefore not be disappointed except for the fact of having to wait a certain time before finding César and his gang.
