JUSTICE – The founder and administrator of the Coco dating and chat site, closed in June 2024, Isaac Steidl, was taken into custody this Tuesday, January 7 by the gendarmes of the national cyber unit. According to initial information from Parisiansubsequently confirmed by the public prosecutor's office to the AFP, this is heard as part of a judicial investigation opened by the National Jurisdiction for the Fight against Organized Crime (Junalco) of Paris for several offenses.

The Coco website was notably at the heart of the trial of Dominique Pelicot, in the case with worldwide repercussions of the rapes of Mazan (). It was on this site that the septuagenarian recruited men, whom he invited to come and rape his sedated wife at their home. The site has also been cited in several cases of homophobic ambushes.
