In 2021, during her delivery at the Occitanie clinic in Muret, in Haute-Garonne, compresses were apparently forgotten in the young woman's vagina.
“Trauma”
She is now demanding an apology and compensation from the establishment. Nearly four years later, the young mother speaks of “trauma” and still vividly remembers fifteen days of post-partum suffering.
“Permanently bedridden”
“I remained permanently bedridden, unable to move around normally. After two weeks, my husband could no longer bear to see me in pain and pushed me to go to the emergency room”she tells The Dispatch, taken up by France live.
Painful extraction
A scan is carried out, revealing the presence of compresses in her vagina. The cervix had closed on it, “making their extraction extremely painful.”
The private establishment, contacted by our colleagues, did not comment.
