Three months after participating in the show My recipe is the best in France on M6, with Cyril Lignac, Alicia* is back at it again! This Wednesday, December 18, 2024, she will be on M6 again, for the show Tous en cuisine with Cyril Lignac. She will be accompanied by her son, Lewis.
A festive menu
The principle of the show for novices? Chef Cyril Lignac offers make a recipe live. Two families participate, a guest of honor, as well as the host Jérôme Anthony. Before the end of year celebrations, the participants carry out a party menu. On the menu this Wednesday evening: goat cheese crown and roasted vegetables & eton mess lemon and blackcurrant yogurt.
“I only use local products for the crown with the Gaec farm on Quai de la Risle in Foulbec and the cheese from the Colombos farm in Bouquelon,” says Alicia, based near Pont-Audemer. The pastry enthusiast also uses products from her collaborators with her social networks: Guy Demarle and Au Pays du citron. She also works with other specialist brands.
