Patro Eisden has jumped to 3rd place in the rankings with a 1-3 win against the bottom group. Jong Genk’s promises took the lead with a nice free kick, but Patro captain Jordan Renson turned it around with a hat trick.

Jong Genk has been waiting for a win since the beginning of October and seemed to be off to a good start against Patro Eisden Maasmechelen.
Thomas Claes curled a free kick from about 30 meters into the intersection. A wonderful opening goal for the young Limburgers.

Even before half time, captain Jordan Renson put things in order. He responded well to a free kick and headed in the equalizer.
Even after the break, Patro was deadly efficient on stationary phases. Two corners resulted in another two goals for Renson, good for a hat trick.
With the 7th win of the season, Patro climbs to 3rd place in the standings with 27 points, 7 points behind leader Zulte Waregem. All teams from the top three took full advantage this weekend.
