The final resting place of the French disco icon, in the 16th arrondissement, is offered at 950,000 euros. This 72.36 m² penthouse, located on the top floor of a building dating from 1960, offers a magnificent 360° view of Paris and in particular of the Eiffel Tower.
Since the death of the artist, in this same apartment, the interior has been renovated. “The kitchen and bathroom have been moved. The current layout rethinks the distribution of spaces to optimize circulation and allow light to diffuse completely throughout the volume,” specifies the real estate agency.
With a living room, a kitchen of 39m2, two balconies of 4m2 as well asa private roof terrace of 62 m² and a bedroom facing south, this apartment could well be the object of desire. Work is to be expected, warns the agency. Will Claude François' former home quickly find a buyer?
