The brand new Freebox Ultra is no longer offered for migration, a few hours after its launch.
A box clearly “victim of its success”, Free announces on the subscriber area of customers seeking to migrate to the limited edition Freebox Ultra launched this morning by the operator.
Indeed, it was possible for people who already own a Freebox Revolution, mini 4K, Delta, Pop or One to request a migration to the Freebox Ultra and thus receive the collector model, in its red and transparent design, launched this morning for the 25th anniversary of Free. However, the dedicated section in the subscriber area now displays a chilling message: the operator explains that the Freebox Ultra Limited Edition is no longer available due to lack of stock.
However, according to our findings, it is still possible to order when subscribing to a Freebox Ultra or Ultra offer again. With the migrations gone in just a few hours and Free announcing “very limited” stocks, you'll have to hurry if you're interested.
