A hearing will take place on December 11, according to this source who spoke to AFP. The statutes of the professional football league mention, in the event of “failure to pay sums owed with certainty by a French professional club”, possible fines or a ban on recruiting. For its part, the management of PSG does not seem to be worried about the new procedure launched by its former player, according to information from Jean-Marc Morandini. According to her, the professional football league can only rely on courts such as industrial tribunals.
