An increase in risky behavior and a hit-and-run

At the end of October, the prosecution had requested eight years of imprisonment accompanied by a committal warrant, as well as a ten-year driving ban against Franky D. In the courtroom, the young man appeared in court. alongside two other defendants, René A., 47 years old, and Sniper G., 20 years old, prosecuted for gang theft. The two men were acquitted by the court, “with the benefit of the doubt” due to insufficiently characterized facts.
Since the loss of his son, Yannick Alléno, has become an ardent defender of the creation of the offense of “road homicide”, a bill which was to pass a second reading in the National Assembly, before the announcement of the dissolution last June by the President of the Republic.
