Get to a safe place quickly and take steps in the event of sexist or sexual assault. Thursday November 28, 2024, Île-de- Mobilités announced the entry into the “safe place” system of around sixty businesses on the T3b tram route.

Traders trained to welcome, reassure and provide information after an attack

Thanks to a partnership between Umay, a geolocation application which allows you to alert in the event of danger, and IDFM, the network of safe places is being woven and expanding. Employees of brands present on the tram route are thus trained to collect, reassure et to inform victims of assault.

Thus, 64 businesses located between Porte de (12th arrondissement) and Porte Dauphine (17th) are now labeled “Safe place”. Around thirty places already appear on the application, the next thirty are being referenced.

To report any violence or act of harassment on the network, dial 3117
Accessible 24/7, this service is also available via an application Alert 3117 and from the Île-de-France Mobilités application
