This Friday morning, “in the departments remaining on orange vigilance, temperatures have dropped significantly, generating refreezing of the snow on the ground, therefore making these surfaces very slippery, hence the maintenance of vigilance for a few more hours”, warns Météo France.
Several departments are therefore warning of the dangers encountered on the roads this Friday. In Calvados, “the restrictions linked to heavy goods vehicles over 7.5 tonnes and to school transport are maintained”, writes the prefecture. Same thing in Essonne.
