Eliminated from Koh-Lanta, The cursed tribe This Tuesday, November 19, Sophia looks back on this big decision she made regarding her relationship: breaking up with her partner upon his return to France.
For several weeks, Koh-Lanta, The cursed tribe strains the morale of the adventurers. As the orienteering race looms, two new candidates have just been eliminated at the gates of the final: the red captain Ugo chosen by the council and the yellow candidate Sophia who fails during the last immunity test. The latter returned for Tele-Leisure on the consequences of the adventure on her personal life and on the major decisions she took upon her return to France.
Sophia, eliminated from Koh-Lanta, The cursed triberecounts the first thing she did in the final jury's residence: “I won't tell you the state I was in“
All candidates from Koh Lanta who are coming out of several weeks of deprivation are eager to eat, wash and regain the taste of being alone after spending several days in the community. Sophia is no exception and explains that after her elimination, her priority was immediately hygiene. “A shower! I won't tell you the state I was in. I have frizzy hair so I did ten washes. It was more of a clean-up!” she remembers with a laugh. Second desire: to remember the highlights of her adventure. The 36-year-old young woman explains: “I wrote down everything I had just experienced, I missed not being able to write down the memories, and the feeling I had at that moment. I wanted to keep the feeling I had when I left. That I had to think more about myself and not others, that I put myself first and be vulnerable in front of others. I didn't want to forget it when I returned. This is the big lesson I learned“. A mantra that Sophia was quick to apply upon her return from the Philippines.
Sophia (Koh-Lanta, The cursed tribe) looks back on his radical life change after filming
It is not uncommon in the TF1 survival game for some participants to completely change their lives after the show. This unique experience cut off from the world and everyday life is often conducive to introspection. Sophia is the very example: “Yes I made big decisions, I left my daughter's father. It wasn't going well at the time but Koh Lanta Made me make decisions faster. During this adventure, I was able to reconnect with myself and make good decisions. We are as natural as possible, there is no longer any influence and it is precious to no longer have the weight of the gaze of others. I, who take great care of my image, was natural without makeup, facing my limits. We can't experience that elsewhere” concludes the sports coach for whom Koh Lanta will remain a turning point in his life.
