During the night from Friday to Saturday, Aubazat, the police discovered an damaged vehicle. A man got out of the car from the driver's side but promised police that he was not the driver. His problems walking straight and speaking did not speak in his favor. The blood alcohol test was positive with a level of 2.16 grams per liter of blood.

And Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m., an accident at Aurec-sur-Loire to the “Sauvages” led the gendarmes to think that the driver was under the influence of alcohol, with a strong smell of alcohol in the passenger compartment. The driver was taken to hospital where a blood test would provide the answer.
