In the Monday, November 18, 2024 episode of Here it all begins, Anaïs consults a doctor. He advises her to stay calm and make an appointment with specialist doctors because she will have to undergo an operation. She then explains to Milan that she has tinnitus because she is too stressed and that she therefore plans to go see a therapist.

But at the end of this part, Anaïs makes a shocking revelation to Jude (Galaad Quenouillère) while her ears hurt once again. She tells him that his tinnitus is in fact linked to a disease affecting his inner ear: otosclerosis. She could go deaf!
