The ball can roll again this weekend at the highest level of women’s Football. And so we are looking forward to a number of interesting things.
This weekend is the tenth matchday of the new season in the Super League. This season there are four matches and eight teams, because there have been some changes to the format.
Westerlo has been added, while three teams have also disappeared from the Super League: Charleroi, Mechelen and Woluwe. We will have 21 matchdays in a three-way regular competition and then play-offs with four teams.
OH Leuven wants to remain the leader
Oud-Heverlee Leuven is the leader in the Super League, although Anderlecht is now back on two points after a victory in a catch-up match against bottom-of-the-table Zulte Waregem.
On matchday ten they will take on Westerlo in Het Kuipje, the season’s revelation to date and still in the top 4. Anderlecht will receive the KAA Gent Ladies again.
Club Brugge wants to keep its chances of playing-off 1 at home against Standard, while Genk visits Zulte Waregem. Follow everything closely with us.
