This Tuesday, November 12, 2024, a contractor mandated to work on the roof of a building in Rochechouart, a commune in Haute-Vienne, was not prepared for this macabre discovery, reports Le Populaire du Center.

While inspecting the building from his pod, the man came across a pile of human bones.

The intervention of the forensic doctor and technicians from the Limoges identification unit allowed the gendarmes to certify that her bones belong to the body of a woman, the daily underlines.

And not just any one. According to France Bleu Limousin, if it has not yet been identified, it could be that of a woman who disappeared two years ago in the town and who has never been found.

Could this body be that of Isabelle Dubois, who has not been found for two years?

The radio also specifies that it is in this building that the fifty-year-old lived.

While the investigation carried out by the Saint-Junien gendarmerie brigade to find out the causes of death continues, the body is entrusted to the Limoges medico-legal institute and to which time will be necessary to provide the first elements of answer on the identity of the latter.
