The General Directorate of Meteorology reported that strong wind gusts and dust are expected tomorrow, Thursday, in a number of the Kingdom’s regions.
The Directorate stated, in an orange alert level, that strong wind gusts (75-90 km/h) will affect, from seven in the morning until five in the afternoon, the provinces of Figuig, Jerada, Oujda-Angad, Taourirt, Boulemane and Midelt.
Regarding Wednesday, the General Directorate of Meteorology expects that the general weather condition will be characterized by rain or showers over the regions of Tangiers, the Lokos and the western countryside, in addition to other rains in the eastern region, the south-eastern region and the Middle Atlas.
Raindrops are also expected to fall in the center of the country, the plains west of the Atlas, and the coasts of the Mediterranean Sea, while the coasts and plains of the Atlantic Ocean will witness the formation of some low clouds, which will be dense and accompanied by masses of fog.
Otherwise, the weather will become relatively cold over the highlands, with somewhat strong wind gusts recorded in the High Atlas, the eastern region and the south-east of the country.
As for the minimum temperatures, they will range between 00 and 04 degrees in the highlands, between 04 and 07 degrees in the high plateaus, between 10 and 13 degrees in the northern and central interior plains, and will be between 13 and 17 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom.
As for temperatures during the day, they will rise in the north of the eastern region, while they will decrease in the rest of the country.
As for the sea state, it will be: a little rampage to the Mediterranean front, a little rampage to a little rampage in the Bugas, and a little rampage to a little rampage along the Atlantic coast.
