The projectiles fired by the Polisario militia, with the support of its sponsor, Algeria, did not prevent the activities of the Green March Festival in the territory of the Mahbas community in the Assa Zag province, which is the border community with Algeria, from being stopped.
The ceremony was attended by ministers, including Lahcen Saadi, Secretary of State to the Minister of Tourism, Handicrafts, Social and Solidarity Economy, in charge of Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, and the Governor of the Guelmim and Adnoun region, Najm Abhi.
Despite the distance from where the projectiles fell from the festival site, their sound was audible, and members of the Royal Armed Forces successfully confronted them, and all activities were completed as they were programmed.
Reports stated that Moroccan drones bombed a number of Polisario vehicles and fired projectiles towards the Mahbas area that fell in empty lands, indicating the death of a number of Polisario members east of the security wall.
By targeting this official ceremony commemorating the Green March in the city of Mahbas, south-eastern Morocco, the Polisario terrorist organization affiliated with Algeria opens the door ajar to all possibilities, especially since this attack was launched from Algerian territory and is targeting a neighboring country.
