The first magistrate of Cap-d'Ail accused Christian Estrosi of having held a council of mayors [réunion préparatoire à l’assemblée] before the session by excluding some of the elected officials.
If the president of the Metropolis defended himself, arguing that he had gathered his majority, this was not enough to convince the representatives of 18 municipalities who took the path to the door.
Unsurprisingly, among the elected officials who left the session, there is MP Christelle d'Intorni and other “ciottists” like Xavier Beck and Bertrand Gasigliathe mayor of Tourrette-Levens.
We also find in the ranks of the starters the mayors or councilors of Falicon, Aspremont, Castagniers, Gattières, Carros, Saint-Jeannet, Venanson, Roquebillière, La Bollène, Lantosque, Utelle, Valdeblore, Rimplas and Saint-Sauveur-sur-Tinée.
Although absent, the commune of Roure would also have joined this rebellion.
