Hanouna/Bolloré/Habib. Disinformation campaign by Macronists and the far right against rebellious France, collective humiliation on “Touche Pas à Mon Poste”, threats from AFP by the National Rally, legal proceedings opened against the infamous Meyer Habib, INSEE reframes BFM TV on Twitter… These are just as many media sequences that marked the week, and many others, that Insoumission deciphers for you in its media critic press review.
From Bolloré's media to Bernard Arnault's newspapers, from BFM TV to Martin Bouygues' sets, every day is an additional opportunity to see the bias of the dominant media and their relentlessness against rebellious France.
Selective indignation, censorship, criminalization of voices of peace, biased choice of guests and subjects covered, disinformation, constant invective towards the rebellious movement… This is the reality of court journalism and far-right editorialists ready to do anything to impose their ideological agenda and keep a warm place. Our press review.
Touche Pas à Mon Poste – Insult of rebels, collective humiliation and racism: trifecta among the buffoons of Bolloré
Bolloré's buffoons do it again, and rather three times than once. Obviously unbridled by the announcement of the closure of C8 by ARCOM in February 2025, Cyril Hanouna and his lackeys go further and further into ignominy every day. This October 31 on C8, the show “La Tribu de Baba” was the scene of no less than three abject sequences.
It all started, once is not customary, with insults towards rebellious France. Attacking the rebellious deputy Louis Boyard, the chroniclers declare with approval of Cyril Hanouna that rebellious France is accustomed to a “ disgusting clientelism », et « incites racial hatred ».
The reason for these defamatory insults? Louis Boyard calls for a boycott of the France-Israel football match scheduled for November 14 at the Stade de France, aware that sport is a diplomatic tool of Benjamin Netanyahu's genocidal regime. As a reminder, Russia and Belarus have been banned from almost all international sports competitions since the first days of the invasion of Ukraine.
But it's not over. A columnist assures live that the continuous massacre of Palestinian civilians is legitimate on the pretext that Israel is “ the only democracy in the region “. At the same time, another columnist off-camera declares: “ surrounded by animals “. Who can still doubt the profoundly racist dimension of “Touche Pas à Mon Poste”?
At the National Assembly, The National Rally threatens the AFP
This week, in the Cultural Affairs and Education Committee of the National Assembly, National Rally deputy Philippe Ballard threatened Agence France Presse (AFP) with defunding. The reason? The AFP makes the ethical choice, like the BBC and many major international news agencies such as Reuters or Associated Press, not to qualify Hamas as a terrorist movement in order to remain in compliance with international law.
After wanting to attack independent radio stations last week, Marine Le Pen's party once again proves that it abhors press freedom.

Disinformation campaign against rebellious MP Farida Amrani: the incompetence of France Info?
During the week, France Insoumise MP Farida Amrani was the subject of an intense disinformation campaign. In question, a video of the hemicycle of the National Assembly where we see Farida Amrani turning around to vote electronically on a seat located behind her. Neither one nor two, the RN-Macronie coalition gets moving and floods social networks with slanderous denunciations suggesting that Farida Amrani voted twice. In fact, the rebellious MP was simply sitting one row in front of her seat, and therefore turned around to vote in her seat.
But it was obviously too difficult for France Info to verify the National Assembly's plan, and journalist Bérengère Bonte felt obliged to ask the question to the rebellious vice-president of the Assembly, Clémence Guetté. By asking such a question, France Info distills the idea that, perhaps, Farida Amrani would have cheated.
This impression is also reinforced by the use of the term “ estimated » in the dedicated tweet from France Info: “ “It’s a controversy that was set up by the extreme right,” believes Clémence Guette “. No, Clémence Guetté does not think so, she simply took the trouble to know the plan of the National Assembly, as any “journalist” should have done. Having done nothing more and nothing less than doing its job, Libération newspaper obviously confirms that the accusations of cheating against Farida Amrani are unfounded.
The newspaper Le Parisien once again attacks Rima Hassan and rebellious France
After being censored live on BFMTV barely three weeks ago, rebellious MEP Rima Hassan is once again the target of the dominant press. This October 27, the newspaper The Parisianowned by super-billionaire Bernard Arnault, published an article entitled: “ Rima Hassan, the rebel who causes unease in the European Parliament ».
This article denounces in particular the “ taking radical positions » from the rebellious MEP. Of course, what the newspaper calls “ radical positions » by Rima Hassan and France insoumise are nothing other than the call for respect for international law and an end to the massacre of Palestinian civilians. Furthermore, Rima Hassan denounces the dishonesty of the journalist who interviewed her, who had initially assured that it would not be an incriminating article. All means are good to stigmatize the rebellious movement and its representatives, especially lies.
If radio and television sequences are often the most noticed, this article from Le Parisien reminds us that the ideological battle of billionaire media owners also relies heavily on the traditional paperweight. As such and as we recently mentioned in our columns, the journalists of Le Parisien themselves denounce an editorial line taking “to compass the convictions of our shareholder ”, understand: an ultraliberal reactionary editorial line ready to do anything to slander the voices of peace.

When INSEE learns to count at BFMTV
On the BFMTV Twitter account, it was time for the daily dose of Macronist propaganda. This October 26, citing an INSEE study, the channel owned by billionaire Rodolphe Saadé published a publication evoking a 4% increase in salaries in the private sector between 2022 and 2023. What the channel forgets to to specify, is that inflation increased by 4.9% in 2023. Thus, over the period mentioned, private sector salaries actually fell by almost 1%, after having already fallen by 1%. in 2022.
INSEE, via its Twitter account, did not hesitate to directly remind BFMTV of the misleading nature of their publication. Hard blow for tele-Macron.
Meyer Habib, spokesperson for Benjamin Netanyahu in France, finally under judicial investigation
The population of Gaza is a “ cancer » ; « Hatred of Israel and hatred of the Jew is the aphrodisiac of all the Arab masses » ; « Ils [les Palestiniens] have to pay! This price is the earth! » ; « A Jew cannot be a settler in Judea », etc… Former MP Meyer Habib, personal lawyer of war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu, is finally under judicial investigation for his comments amounting to nothing more than an apology for war crimes. It was time.
The union and political mobilization has paid off, the far right will not carry out its propaganda on station platforms
Two weeks ago, we told you about the ongoing scandal at the SNCF which was preparing to advertise Jordan Bardella's forthcoming book in more than 100 stations throughout France. Finally, the union and political mobilization paid off, and the campaign for the propaganda book of the President of the RN will not take place on the station platforms.
As the deputies of France insoumise Thomas Portes and Bérenger Cernon, railway workers, have reminded on numerous occasions, the SNCF has a history of fighting against the far right. Such a campaign would have been an insult to the memory of the resistant railway workers and to the neutrality of the Public Service.
