A “fight between gangs”?
The Paris police headquarters indicates in a press release that the perpetrators “entered the train when the train arrived at Ozoir-la-Ferrière station (Seine-et-Marne) but had already left the scene at the arrival of emergency services and law enforcement.
“The facts are probably linked to a fight between gangs and not to drug trafficking, subject to the result of the investigation conducted by the Melun judicial court,” specifies the police headquarters.
She adds that police patrols have been reinforced on the RER E line following these incidents of violence. As a reminder, four people were injured, two of them seriously: one had his hand cut off, the other had his skull split open.
