The board of directors of the Meknassi Club held a meeting with Tunisian coach Abdelhay Ben Sultan, to discuss the team’s result after 8 rounds since the start of the first division professional tournament, before the expected confrontation against the Raja Athletic Club.

It saw the return of the Meknes team to the first division after years spent in the amateur divisions, and it is considered one of the oldest Moroccan clubs having provided many stars to the Moroccan national team.

During the meeting, Bin Sultan was given one final opportunity to decide his future with the team, with the meeting with Raja seen as a make-or-break opportunity for him.

A source close to the club revealed that the administration asked the coach to obtain a positive result in the next match against the “Green Eagles”.
