The red level warning established by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) on the coast of Castellón and its northern interior has ended at 2:00 p.m. and in the same area the orange level has been activated, which is expected to end at 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
Aemet has established the orange level due to the possibility of rainfall that could accumulate 40 liters per square meter in one hour and 100 liters per square meter in twelve hours.
In the province of Valencia, a yellow warning was also established this Thursday – from 12:00 to 11:59 p.m. – for storms that could be accompanied by hail and accumulate 20 liters per square meter in one hour.
In addition, this Friday there is a yellow warning on the northern coast of Alicante, as well as in the interior of the province of Castellón, due to rainfall of between 20 and 30 k/m2 in one hour and 60 in twelve hours.

On the other hand, Adif has reported that, given the weather situation in the province of Castellón, railway circulation between Castelló de La Plana and Vinaròs is suspended until further notice. The Minister of Transport, Óscar Puente, has also confirmed it in his X account.
