Since its founding in 1957 in Belgium, the CAP48 organization has worked for the well-being of people with disabilities, thanks to numerous fundraising actions. The desire to raise awareness among the general public is also central. On August 27, RTBF launched its major solidarity operation in favor of CAP48, with an effective slogan: “All together”, this year emphasizing social inclusion. After weeks of mobilization, events and rich and varied challenges (the 100 km of CAP48, a gaming marathon, etc.) the 2024 CAP48 campaign ends this October 6 with the now traditional “Grand CAP48 evening” broadcast live on The front page. The show aims to raise awareness among the public and viewers about the themes of disability and youth assistance. Combining touching testimonies, entertainment and a review of the past year for CAP48, the program is an event rich in emotions.
