In his speech, the mayor of the city of Clermont notably presented the community’s commitments for the short circuit supply of its canteens and the desire, on the various public markets, to promote “a fair income for farmers”.

The speeches made it possible to measure that the parking problem around the Grande Halle d’Auvergne, on the occasion of the Livestock Summit, could find solutions in the months to come with the goodwill of all stakeholders concerned (all present in the lounges of Clermont town hall), as the new president of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region Fabrice Pannekoucke and the prefect of Puy-de-Dôme Joël Mathurin seemed to indicate.
