Cole Palmer Chelsea’s ranks continued their excellent form and secured their team’s victory today with an incredible half-time performance.
In the match against Brighton, Palmer scored four goals in one half and thus became the first player in Premier League history to do so.
The scoring started in the seventh minute when Router gave Brighton the lead, but Chelsea, thanks to the excellent Cole Palmer, equalized the score in the 21st minute. Three minutes later Jadon Sancho shook the net, but this goal was disallowed due to an illegal position.
However, Chelsea reached a turning point in the 27th minute when Palmer scored his second goal. Already in the 31st minute the “blues” were 3-1 and Palmer was the scorer again and it was a beautiful goal from a free kick. Brighton reduced to 34-3 in the 2nd minute.
Palmer didn’t stop there, he scored the fourth goal, becoming the first player in Premier League history to score four goals in one half. We didn’t see any goals in the second half, so Chelsea won the points.
Arsenal also recorded a victory with the same result. The Gunners led 2:0 after the first half thanks to goals from Martinelli and to cutand Leicester equalized with goals from Justin in the 47th and 63rd minutes.
Trosar with his second goal and Havertz in the final moments of the match, they secured Arsenal’s three points.
