Australian Open, WTA > Ivanisevic (Rybakina's coach) breaks the silence: “I am waiting for the conclusion of the WTA investigation, and then I will speak. But until then, I told Elena what I thought”

While she started a collaboration with Novak Djokovic's former coach, Goran Ivanisevic, a few weeks ago, Elena Rybakina announced to everyone's surprise the return of her former coach, Stefano Vukov, to her team.

A very surprising announcement which is causing a lot of talk since according to information from The AthleticVukov has just been provisionally suspended by the WTA following an investigation for violation of the circuit's code of conduct. The media even reports that Goran Ivanisevic would not have appreciated his player's decision at all.

The Croatian coach broke his silence during a discussion with journalist Ben Rothenberg.

“I will wait until the WTA investigation concludes, and then I will speak. But until then, I spoke to Elena, I told her what I thought. Let's tell it like it is: for now, I'm still here. I don't know what will happen tomorrow. I don't want to project myself. »

A rather incomprehensible situation a few days before the start of the Australian Open (January 12 to 26).
