Very attractive first round at the Auckland tournament between the young Canadian Gabriel Diallo and the Italian Lorenzo Sonego, a meeting which will take place Monday morning in New Zealand.
Author of a good end to the 2024 season, Gabriel Diallo will be one to watch very closely during this new year 2025. The Canadian reached the 3rd round at the US Open after qualifying and played his first final of his career on the ATP circuit near Almaty. A potential which could do damage in the future and there is no doubt that the North American will have a chance to play this season which this time will only be on the ATP circuit, with a lot of points to be won. Present last week in Brisbane to start the year, Gabriel Diallo stopped in the second round, biting the dust against Lorenzo Musetti. This Monday in Auckland, another Italian will be on the road to the Canadian, Lorenzo Sonego.
