Cherry SE has named Alexander Hecker as senior vice president of global peripherals, effective February 1, 2025. The role aims to unify sales and marketing strategies for gaming, office, health and safety products to enhance market growth. Hecker, who has more than 25 years of experience, joins the Cherry SE management team and assumes his role within Cherry SARL and Cherry Americas LLC.
Hecker brings considerable expertise from his previous roles at Sonos, Microsoft and Sony. His new responsibilities include the launch of a partnership program aimed at expanding the distribution network in European markets such as Benelux, Iberia and the United Kingdom. Hecker will also work to increase brand awareness and drive global growth through collaborations with Cherry Americas and Cherry APAC.
