The launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series is imminent, with the company recently confirming the date for the Unpacked event. In case you missed it, the next-generation flagship phones will launch on January 22. Just before this event, the official wallpapers of the range were leaked.
This leak comes from a famous tipster, Max Jambor, and according to the shared tweet, the wallpapers have a stylistic S-shaped pattern. These are the same wallpapers that we saw in the Recent leaked renders of the Galaxy S25 series, and the S pattern undoubtedly pays homage to the Galaxy S branding.
Along with the wallpaper leak, another major leak, Ronald Quandta reiterated the main features of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Like some of the previous leaks, Ronald tells us that the flagship of the series will have a Dynamic LTPO screen. This AMOLED panel will have a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 2600 nits.
-Ronald adds that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be available in three different configurations in the EU. As the report specifies, both options other than the base configuration will benefit from a RAM upgrade, which previous reports have already hinted at. Specifically, the 512GB and 1TB storage options are expected to come with 16GB of RAM instead of 12GB.
Other details shared by Ronald include loading speed and dimensions. The report states that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will offer 45W wired charging (Anker 87W power bank, currently $44.99 at Amazon), like its predecessor, and 25W wireless charging with support charging Qi2, which is an improvement. The company also claims that the phone will measure 8.2mm thick and weigh 219 grams, which is a marked improvement over the last generation device.
