Razer is at CES in Las Vegas and took the opportunity to present its Blade 16 2025, a laptop that shakes up the habits of the range, both in terms of design and performance. We’ll explain it to you.
The CES in Las Vegas is an opportunity for all manufacturers to unveil their new products. Razer obviously did not miss the opportunity to present its new flagship laptop PC: the Blade 16 2024.
This is not a simple refresh of previous iterations, since the Californian brand has decided to overhaul its range with this model. First, it sports a new chassis. If visually, we stay in line with what we know with this black anodized aluminum, it is in the detail that it wants to surprise. Already, it is much thinner than the 2024 version, with a thickness of 15mm instead of 22 mm, without cutting corners on connectivity. We gain a lot! On paper, this is impressive for a gaming PC.

The Blade 16 2025 marks a new start for the range
In addition to finesse, Razer revamps the keyboard of its Bladeoften singled out for its too short run. This year, the keys have 1.5 mm more travel for more pleasant typing. Plus, macros appear on the right side, as well as the Copilot key.
Technically, the Blade wants to offer the best of the best with a QHD+ OLED screen with a refresh rate of 240 Hz and a response time of 0.2 ms. But it is on the performance side that we must see a real revolution. For the first time, the manufacturer has chosen toan AMD CPU, the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 maximum. No Intel version, and that’s a pretty huge upset. For the GPU, the Blade 16 obviously features the latest newly announced Nvidia graphics cards, up to the RTX 5090. On paper, we have a monster. No price announced, but availability during the first quarter of 2025. There is no doubt that the price displayed will be high, as usual with the brand’s products.
