Christmas isn’t over for Mickey. While the year 2025 is just beginning, Disney+ is surprising the world with an exceptional offer for new customers. In a press release, the firm announces the upcoming arrival of a major promotion bringing down the price of its subscription supported by advertising to less than two euros per month. While the sector’s history has so far relied on free trial periods of a few weeks, the big-eared firm is giving itself a little more time to convince. Of January 3 to 21it will be possible to subscribe to an offer at 1.99 euros per month for 12 months . Compared to the year, Disney+ will only cost 23.88 euros to affected customers. But how to take advantage of it?
For new customers only

Directly via the company’s website, in the prices section, series and film fans will be invited to enter their contact details and provide their payment information. This offer only concerns the subscription supported by advertising, which is usually displayed at 5.99 euros per month. Disney+, which applied the same prices as these entry-level rivals, temporarily becomes the cheapest on the market.
Why such an offer?
Disney+ doesn’t just want to celebrate a new year with an unexpected gift. The announcement of this promotion comes the day after the end of the contract with Canal+. Since its launch in 2020, the American company has joined forces with the Vivendi subsidiary to be distributed within the Cinema/series and then Rat+ offers. As of January 1, Disney+ disappeared from all Canal+ bundlesleading to a mechanical drop in the number of Disney+ users.
