Many establishments will close their doors between December 31 and January 2. Here is a list of what will be open and closed for the holiday season.

December 31

• shopping centers, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• post offices

• SAQ branches, until 5 p.m.

• SQDC branches, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• the STM network will operate according to the usual schedule

• the majority of sports facilities

• garbage collections according to the usual schedule, with the exception of certain districts where they could be brought forward or postponed

Farm

• municipal libraries

• Accès Montréal (BAM) offices and permit counters

• the Space for Life museums

• ecocenters
