Winter days and evenings have a magical scent. Even more so when they have surprises in store that put sparks in children’s eyes.
Futuroscope is more faithful than ever to this tradition, at the end of 2024. Its aisles have been dressed in their festive clothes from the first weekends of December. They will keep them throughout the holidays. Lights, decorations, entertainment… The park gives way to the magic of Christmas. For the pleasure of little ones. Without forgetting that of adults who, in these festive times, are happy to find their childish soul again.
Lights? They decorate trees and baubles. They are also available as garlands at the entrance to the park. They accompany visitors and invite them to pose in front of the structure which sits on the Kinémax square.
The Rabbids compete with Santa Claus
They also light up the Christmas village where children can have their faces painted. Unless they prefer to listen to Christmas stories or sculpt balloons. As for Santa Claus, he welcomes them, with their families, to a chalet.
Obviously offbeat, the Rabbids are also part of the party. Just like a happy band of elves wandering through the park. Brass bands bring a musical touch without which there would be no festive atmosphere.
The Christmas spirit also blows in the KinéKid room. It broadcasts a 3D animated film produced by Aardman Studios, Bristol, England. A name evocative of global success. The Aardman studios have notably produced Chicken Run, Wallace et Gromit or even Shaun the Sheep.
With the Bear and the Squirrelthe audience of Futuroscope’s KinéKid is drawn into the story of a bear propelled on a journey to Africa and the tropics with a squirrel to which he refused entry to his cave while a storm rages.
From the magic of the image to the illusion, there is only one step, easy to take, at Futuroscope, at the end of the year, with Bertran Lotth and his show Illusion. Outdoors, the night show The Key to Dreams is also given until January 5.
On this date, the park will close its doors. It will not reopen them until February 8. A short month of break before a 2025 season which also promises to be very rich.
The park has implemented a special rate for families with young children, until December 25, 2024 and from 1is to January 5, 2025. A child’s ticket for 5-12 year olds is offered with the purchase of a dated adult ticket, upon reservation.
