The closure of the servers of our favorite games is a thorny subject that we are increasingly faced with. The year 2025 will unfortunately be no exception to the rule since we already know the next titles concerned.
8 games will close their servers early next year
While nearly 20 Xbox games are delisted from the store at the end of 2024, we discovered today through Trueachievements that 8 games will close their servers during the first quarter of 2025.
There are a lot of sports games in the selection, but also more exotic games like the free-to-play Blue Protocol, which was only released on Xbox in Japan, but can be easily retrieved via the Japanese Microsoft Store for even more a few weeks.
Below is the list of affected games. As always, if you have multiplayer achievements to achieve or simply want to take advantage of the online features of the different titles, we advise you not to hang around too much.
