The 3e modification of the PLU concerns the opening to urbanization of three new zones at Clos-Grimaud, rue du Petit-Train and Gros-Tertre. This modification is the most significant since the adoption of the PLU in 2016. The increase in the densification of the urban area must be compatible with the environmental impacts noted Michel Coudray, elected from the opposition from the Solidarity and Ecological Alternation group. A question from Delphine de Chouly, advisor, on the Petit-Train area, in continuity with the greenway which crosses the town. Thierry Robert, councilor member of the town planning commission, is categorical and supported by the deputy. The commission is very vigilant in this area, always focusing on the purpose of this connection which will remain a greenway. The non-trafficable zone will remain non-trafficable, access to the urbanizable zone is clearly determined at one of the barriers blocking access to the road.
