Jamavar – this restaurant, which has its first address in London, offers a large number of dishes from the four corners of India, all prepared with great skill and particular care by head chef Debdash Balaga. Among its specialties is Laal Maas, a lamb shank prepared by slow cooking for eight hours.

IDAM by Alain Ducasse – if we recognize Alain Ducasse’s touch here, chef Fabrice Rosso has subtly succeeded in celebrating the Qatari influences within the menu. The introduction of spices and the emphasis on local ingredients bring a new dimension to the guests’ gastronomic experience.

Four restaurants win their first Bib Gourmand.

They – with its three open kitchens, the chef and her team prepare different regional specialties but also tasty Thai dishes.

Youth – in this restaurant located on the fourth floor of the Qatar National Museum, diners can enjoy Qatari dishes reinterpreted with modernity.

Argan – located in a pedestrian street on the edge of Souq Waqif, Argan offers its customers authentic Moroccan dishes at excellent value for money.

Hoppers – an offshoot of the London restaurant of the same name, diners can enjoy specialties from Sri Lanka and South India.
