A few weeks before its presentation, the Google Pixel 9 already appears in a short hands-on video. The color of the smartphone is surely more surprising than the leak itself.
The Google Pixel 9 is apparently already on sale, at least unofficially, in Algeria. The opportunity to discover the phone on video, in a pink color shimmering.

As is now the tradition, Google smartphones leak far and wide before their presentation. While the next Pixel smartphones are officially expected on August 13, we are not really surprised to see the product unveiled in video. The color of this model is, however, more surprising.
Algerian user Hani Mohamed Bioud shares a short hands-on of the pink Google Pixel 9 on X, claiming that it comes with 256GB of RAM and that more information will arrive tomorrow morning. No additional information on the product or the “Pro” and “Pro XL” variants expected in a few weeks. The video confirms the protruding camera module on the back, which this time is presented in the form of a large horizontal pill. The latter leaves plenty of room for the flash on the Pixel 9, but should be filled with a third telephoto sensor on the Google Pixel 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL.
The glass back is glossy here and the flat edges are reminiscent of those of the iPhone. The corners, however, seem more rounded, which should make it easier to hold. This year, Google could offer a compact high-end model for the first time with the Pixel 9 Pro, thus meeting the demand for a more versatile smartphone in terms of photography, without having to opt for a large format mobile.

Although Google tried more original colors with the Pixel 8a, this bright pink is new on a smartphone from the brand. Six weeks before the presentation of its future high-end phones, it is hard to see how the Mountain View firm could still surprise.
