The existence of the OnePlus Buds 3 and the current flagship Buds Pro 2 imply the possibility of Buds Pro 3 appearing soon: an idea that gains importance in a new Android Authority leak.
The blog claims to have had access to a “documentation” indicating that these possible Buds Pro 3 from Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 series are indeed in preparation. The date of their release is more uncertain, although the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 should be available in gold, as well as black and green, characteristics from their black and green series.
The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 are expected to look similar to their predecessors, though they will feature superior internals to the OnePlus Buds Pro 3, a pair of earbuds with drivers that are no larger than 10.4 millimeters (mm).
On this point, it would be interesting to see how OnePlus’ third-gen Pro earbuds improve over their predecessors, especially since even the Buds 3 launched with an impressive 49dB ANClHDC 5.0 capability and up to 44 hours of battery life.
Furthermore, the Buds Pro 3 will most likely be more expensive than their immediate predecessors, which currently cost $99 new on Amazon.
