New driver from Intel which publishes its driver in version 101.5590 WHQL. This new version offers us support for the latest Destiny 2 DLCs as well as that of Elden Ring. Incidentally, some performance gains should be noted, particularly on Crysis… The 2007 version!
101.5590 WHQL, the new features:
In the program of new features, we will include support for new games, finally, DLC and expansion. Indeed, this driver provides support for Destiny 2: The Final Shape And Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
In passing, the blues take the opportunity to offer some performance gains on Chivalry 2 And Crysis 2007. With an Arc graphics card, the respective gains are 13% and 10%. Note that they were measured in 1080p with a game set with the presets epic And Very High respectively.

Same observation with the iGPU Core Ultra processors whose performance also improves on Chivalry 2 (+16%) when set to medium at 1080p. Otherwise, we will retain gains on Crysis 2 which displays +6% in 1080p, details in Extreme.
The fixes:
If Intel focuses on supporting new games as well as improving the performance of its cards, we feel that the brand is dragging its feet when it comes to deploying patches. On this version, only one bug is fixed:
- Correction of crashes intermittent on No Rest for the Wicked (DX11) in gameplay.
The problems identified:
Once again, we find an endless list of identified problems:
- Intel Arc A-Series:
- Of the crashes can occur on No Man’s Sky (Vulkan) in play following an Alt+Tab.
- On Enshrouded (Vulkan), the game can simply crashes in sessions gameplay.
- Flashing may be experienced on Doom Eternal (Vulkan) in-game and on the game menu.
- On PugetBench Extended PresetTHE benchmark may fail to complete some tests on Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Topaz Video AI May encounter errors when using some templates for video enhancement.
- Intel Core Ultra with Arc iGPU:
- Of the crashes on Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves (DX12) can take place when loading towards gameplay.
- On PugetBench Extended PresetTHE benchmark may fail to complete some tests on Adobe Premiere Pro.
- On Topaz Video AIerrors may be encountered on certain tests in benchmark.
- Of the crashes can be felt on Procyon AI when the benchmark runs with Float32 precision.
- Topaz Video AI may encounter errors during video export after using some templates for video enhancement.
- If you launch a game with mode Endurance Gaming enabled, disabling it may cause VSync to persist during gameplay. To work around this issue, relaunch the application.
- 12th to 14th generation Intel Core:
- Of the crashes sporadic can be observed on Dragon Quest X Online (DX9).
- Intel Arc Control:
- During capture HDRfiles recorded with Arc Control Studio can be corrupted when the mouse cursor is allowed.
- Intermittently, scheduled driver updates may not work.
