Renowned chef Chanthy Yen is known for his delicious fusion and refined cuisine. Combining Cambodian and Canadian flavors, it offers unique, sophisticated and, of course, delicious dishes.
If its name rings a bell, there could be a few reasons why. Among other things, it is possible to savor its dishes at the Time Out Market in Montreal, at the Chanthy Yen restaurant. He was also the personal chef of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, no less!
The young chef, aged 35, has more than twenty years of experience behind the stove, in addition to having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain and Vancouver.
Note that a cookbook featuring his Cambodian roots is planned for 2025. Stay tuned!
