Qui to take over from Charlotte Cresson, Miss Picardie 2023? The contenders for the title of Miss Picardie 2024 were officially presented this Saturday evening at Beauvais town hall. In a wedding hall dressed for the occasion with a red carpet, light shows, and ambiance by a DJ, the 15 young women contenders for the title paraded and quickly introduced themselves.
The opportunity for the outgoing Miss Picardie, Charlotte Cresson, to look back on a dream year: “A year ago I spoke at the same place and I realize that time flies. Behind the curtain there are 15 young girls living a dream and sometimes we realize afterwards that it was a dream.”she explained.
The election of Miss Picardie will take place on Sunday October 20, at 3 p.m., at the Elispace in Beauvais, in the presence of Eve Gilles, Miss France 2024, Nicolas Morant, singer, Quentin Van Meir, musician and by Charlie Plaçais, acrobat with aerial straps. A sign of the expectation that the election of Miss Picardie still arouses, “the show was sold out just 10 hours after the ticket office opened”noted Maxime Schneider, Miss Picardie regional delegate.
