Step 1: Online personalization of tickets

  • After booking the ticket, the ticket buyer receives a booking confirmation by email
  • The ticket buyer must provide the following information about the ticket holder (person using the ticket) using an online personalization form stating the invoice number for each ticket:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Gender
    • birth date
    • Place of birth (if outside Italy: only state the country)
    • Place of residence (if outside Italy: only state the country)
    • Email-Address
    • Telephone number
  • The link to online personalization is included in the booking confirmation.
  • This data is transmitted to Juventus and some of it is printed on the e-tickets.
  • Important: The digital tickets will be sent by email to the email address provided for each seat. If several tickets are to be sent collectively to one person, the same email address must be provided.

Step 2: Sending the personalized e-tickets by email and access to the stadium

  • Only if the personalization data is provided via the online form will the personalized e-tickets (Print@Home) be sent to the email address provided from Wednesday, October 16th.
  • The ticket recipient will receive an email from Juventus with the e-ticket attached.
  • The e-tickets are personalized with the following data: first name, last name, gender, date of birth, place of birth (if outside Italy: only state the country)
  • Strict ID checks are carried out by security staff at the entrance to the Allianz Stadium. A valid identification document must be carried. If the personalization on the ticket does not match the ID, access will be denied.
  • Re-personalizing the ticket is not possible! Corrections or falsifications of the personalization on the ticket are not permitted.
  • The ticket buyer (person who bought the tickets) is responsible for providing the personalization data reported via the online form. If these are incorrectly stated, it is the responsibility of the host club Juventus Turin to deny access to the stadium.
