Maggie Smith: “Harry Potter” and “Downton Abbey” actress dies at age 89

Kate Winslet’s son “cried a lot” when he watched ‘Titanic’ for the first time.

The 48-year-old actress famously starred alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in the cult film and has just revealed that her 10-year-old son Bear burst into tears when he watched the 2023 film.

The star told E! News: “My youngest son saw Titanic last year. He cried a lot, and he kept pausing the movie, he was very upset.”

On the other hand, Kate revealed that her two eldest children – Mia and Joe – are fans of one of her films in particular.

The actress added, “My two oldest, who are almost 24 and 21, love ‘Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind’. It’s their favorite movie.”

Furthermore, Kate recently admitted that her life after the great success of “Titanic” has not been easy.

She told PORTER magazine: “Journalists would always say to me, ‘After Titanic, you could have done anything and yet you choose to do these little things’… and I would say, ‘Yeah, you can bet your life that’s what I did! Because, guess what, being famous was horrible.”
