CHAN 2024: Morocco in search of its 3rd star

The only North African team involved from the start, Morocco qualified without playing in the qualifiers. For this year, Morocco is going to conquer its 3rd crown with the local national team.

Absent from the 2022 edition in Algeria, the double winners of the competition (2018 and 2020) are participating for the 5th time. The Atlas Lions will be able to draw on the experience of their coach Tarek Sektioui, bronze medalist at the Paris Olympic Games.

Morocco is on the rise on the continent. If the first team struggles to establish absolute domination over African football, the local national team can achieve this challenge.
